We do not diagnose, treat, or interpret lab results.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Have a valid lab requisition from a licensed provider

  • Follow pre‑test instructions (fasting, hydration, etc.)

3. Payment & Fees

  • Additional travel requirements

We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To avoid fees:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
